Indikation
Akute lymphatische Leukämie (ALL), lymphoblastische Lymphome (LBL), andere Leukämien (NK-Zell-Lymphom/ Leukämie, Akute biphänotypische Leukämie/ akute bilinäre Leukämie, Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome (NHL) folgender Subtypen (WHO-Klassifikation): Burkitt-Lymphom (inkl. atypisches Burkitt-Lymphom, Burkitt-like-Lymphom), Diffus großzellige B-Zell-Lymphome (insbesondere primär mediastinale DLBCL, DLBCL mit Burkitt-Signatur, c-myc-positive DLBCL), Großzellig-anaplastisches Lymphom, sonstige NHL
